Rental Application
Welcome to the LVG Group LLC online rental application. Please complete all sections carefully and honestly. Your application will not be processed until all required information and documents are submitted.
Instructions for Rental Application
Please complete the application and have the following ready before you begin.
Identification Required
We require two (2) forms of identification per applicant.
- Photo ID (Driver's License or State ID)
- Social Security Card
Upload photos or PDFs of your ID & Social Security Card in the Documents step.
Income Verification
We require 4 most recent pay stubs per applicant per job.
Upload clear copies or PDFs of your 4 most recent pay stubs.
Assistance Programs
If you receive income or rental assistance, these must be verified. Please provide documentation as proof of such assistance.
If you have a housing subsidy, please provide paperwork and caseworker's info.
Screening Fee
$50.00 per person — 18 years old or older must apply. No personal checks.
Paid securely online via credit or debit card at the end of this application.
